2.Tooling-design
How to design the production mold is the most crucial link for whether the frame can be produced quickly and maintain high precision.Thanks to our rich experience in mountain bike design and assembly,we know very well how to achieve success.
3.Prototype
The prototype sample is a very crucial step before verifying the design,optimizing the design,introducing it into molds and production.We must conduct tests before proceeding to the next step.
4.Trial production
We must conduct small-scale trial production to verify whether the product design conflicts with mass production,to identify the difficulties in quality control,to improve the production process to enhance production efficiency,and ultimately we can optimize the supply chain and reduce costs before mass production.
5. Delivery
QC is the final step during and after mass production before shipment to ensure the quality before the shipment.
